About Us

Over the past 15 years, the debt financing market has undergone significant changes, with new players challenging the dominance of traditional banks.

The independent Agency Service providers who emerged during that period have invariably ended up reproducing a model which they had originally built themselves against, somehow losing sight of the constantly evolving needs of stakeholders.

To address the transaction Service Market challenges, ALTRIUM is:

  • Truly independent, privately owned, conflict-free boutique firm
  • Able to adapt to any type of situation thanks to significant expertise in the loan and bond markets from in boni financings to stressed / distressed situations, pre- or post-restructuring, unusual and innovative or plain vanilla transactions
  • Available, responsive and responsible for its actions – we always meet transaction deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and act professionally, whatever the situation requires
  • An employee-led organization where each employee is empowered and directly participates in the success of the company
  • Digitally focused to:
    • Meet stakeholders’ reporting needs and obligations
    • Provide a fully secured execution environment
