Trustee
Acting as fiduciary on behalf of bondholders or investors, we ensure that the terms of the bonds or notes agreements are upheld, manage the administration of the debt, and protect the interests of the bondholders/noteholders by monitoring compliance and overseeing any necessary actions in case of default.

Bondholder's Representative (French regime: RMO)
Acting as a neutral intermediary between the issuer and investors, the Bondholder’s Representative protects the interests of bondholders while facilitating effective communication in full transparency and trust. The “RMO” is a legal role that can only be entrusted to an entity established within the EU per the French Commercial Code. Experience in facilitating Noteholder Representative role for, and expert knowledge of, French law structured products is key.
- Determine voting on changes to the securities if and when required: convene bondholder meetings, setting an agenda, chairing these meetings and recording and reporting voting outcomes and minutes from the meeting,
- Be able to accept and hold collateral and guarantees on behalf of bondholders, and to release or enforce security as needed (possibly via a delegation to the Security Trustee),
- Be able to file claims in situation such as the issuer’s insolvency and represent the bondholders in the settlement of due amounts.

Registrar
